How do I sign up now?
Go to the Registration Page and fill out the form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions, we accept cash, check or you can also pay secure online via credit card. Once we've received your registration information, we'll contact you to schedule your Supermarket Tour.

| What happens after I submit my registration form? |
| 1. We will review your medical history and goals. If there are any medical issues that need further clarification, or if we feel you are not a good fit for camp based on your medical history, we will contact you to discuss your options. |
| 2. Once your registration form has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email (please allow 24-48 business hours). This confirmation email will also include information on setting up your Supermarket Tour. The Supermarket Tours will be in a small group format and will be scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis. Supermarket Tours are for new campers only. |
| 3. About 1-2 weeks before camp starts, you will receive a Welcome Pack which will give you all of the information you will need including complete directions to camp, the supermarket tour, nutrition seminar, what to bring, vendor discount coupons and more. |

What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5-8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with. In the winter, dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast! Forwamer months, light colored clothing and breathable fabrics are best.
What if I sign up for the three day plan and then want to do more days of the camp?
After starting camp, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days .
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
What is a typical day like at camp?
That’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. We also have what we call “special days”. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability."
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp . Remember, everyone is different!
What will I do after camp is over?
Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp.
What happens if it rains?
We will still have boot camp at our normal locations and times if it is just sprinkling or lightly raining. If it is a heavy rain (we will use our best judgment) or lightning, camp will be cancelled. While this is a rare occurrence, it is for your safety and is a possibility. If it is obvious that we will be cancelling camp, we will call you (40 minutes before camp is to begin) to let you know if camp is going to be cancelled, but due to the sporadic nature of the weather in Florida, we cannot always foresee the possibility of a cancellation. We will be using your cell phone for the calls. If you didn't provide a cell phone number on your registration form, we will use the home number you provided.
When is the nutrition seminar?
The nutrition seminar is held the Thursday before camp starts at 7:00 PM for the 4-week camps. (Please see our camp calendar for 2-week express camp dates). Location details are provided in your welcome packet.
